In conjunction with the release of CMAA’s second white paper addressing generational issues, this webinar explores modern club marketing. New members are the lifeblood of a club’s sustainability and require a thoughtful approach in acquisition. Clubs that are blessed with a seemingly endless waitlist are the exception rather than the rule and gone are the one-size-fits all marketing approach. This webinar details the components of modern club marketing, which has to be goal-specific, strategic, data-driven and digital. The choices clubs make about whom to target as new members and how best to do it have to be informed by more than assumption and experience, because the consumer environment in which clubs compete in the 21st century is nothing like the heyday for clubs 20 years ago.

Pleaseclick hereto access all of our research that has been released thus far related to generational issues.
