The Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) invites you to attend a complimentary hour-long online educational presentation.

Topic: BIG DATA: What It Really Means and Why It Is Important to the Club Industry
Presenter: Rick Coffey – Clubessential
Date: Wednesday, November 18, 2015
Time:
2:00 p.m. Eastern Time

For some time, the commercial market has used data warehouses to track and market to individual preferences. Our browsing and purchase habits are being tracked and used by most retailers today. Companies determine what advertisements we see and what e-mails we receive based upon the data they collect. Clubs have the same history about members and prospects but most have not implemented a Client Relationship Management (CRM) or data warehouse product. This session will focus on how clubs are beginning to recognize the power of data and the role of predictive analytics in our industry.

One CMAA Association Activity Credit will be awarded to those individuals who register and attend the entire program.

Register online. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with instructions on how to join the live event. One Association Activity credit will be awarded to attendees who attend the entire webinar.
