Topic:Club Compliance: Background Checks and Best Hiring Practices In this session, we will discuss the importance of background checks as it relates to your hiring and employment decisions. We will cover some of the rules and regulations employers must follow when doing background checks as well as the obligations you have under federal and state guidelines. We will also talk about what services are available to help employers choose the resources that best fit their needs.
