Brett Morris is a highly respected leader in the club industry, with a distinguished career spanning over 30 years. His journey began as a chef in New York City after graduating from The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, in 1988. At just 23, he earned his first Executive Chef position at The Milbrook Club in Greenwich, CT, where he developed a deep appreciation for exceptional service.

In 1997, Brett transitioned from Executive Chef to Director of Food and Beverage at Wykagyl Country Club in New Rochelle, NY, before rapidly advancing to General Manager/COO. After eight years at Wykagyl, he moved to Fresh Meadow Country Club on Long Island’s North Shore, where his leadership elevated the club to Five Star Platinum Club status. His success continued at The Polo Club of Boca Raton, where he once again achieved Platinum designation and was honored with the James H. Brewer Award for Excellence in Club Management.

Since 2020, Brett has served as General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of The Club at Admirals Cove in Jupiter, Florida. Under his leadership, the club has earned prestigious accolades, including a #12 ranking as a Five-Star Club by Platinum Clubs of America and a place among the top 100 Platinum Clubs of the World. Admirals Cove has also been recognized as a Distinguished Club by Boardroom Magazine.

Brett’s impact on the industry extends beyond his leadership roles. He is a sought-after mentor and speaker, sharing his expertise on food and beverage trends, crisis management, and club culture as a faculty member for the Business Management Institute. His contributions to the field have been widely recognized, including being named the 2022 CMAA Club Executive of the Year and receiving the 2019 FLCMAA Jay DiPietro Award for Most Valuable Member.

In 2023, Brett was inducted into the Society of Fellows of the Culinary Institute of America, an honor reserved for those who have made significant contributions to the world of food and hospitality; and in 2025 Brett was inducted as a CMAA Fellow, an honor reserved for active luminaries who embody the leadership, integrity, involvement, and contributions of excelling club management professionals.

Brett resides in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with his wife, Casey, and their daughter, Zoey. Through his visionary leadership, passion for excellence, and dedication to mentorship, Brett Morris continues to shape the future of the club industry, leaving a lasting legacy of innovation and success.
