Hans F. Grover discovered his passion for hospitality at just 14 years old, starting his career as a busboy at a local restaurant. By the age of 17, he found his calling in the private club industry, where he steadily rose through the ranks. Over the past 30 years, Hans has built a distinguished career at some of North Florida’s most respected clubs, including Hammock Dunes Club, Marsh Creek Country Club, Hammock Beach Resort, and Jacksonville Golf & Country Club. His dedication to excellence and commitment to the industry led him to become actively involved with the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) in 2008, further enriching his leadership and expertise within the private club community.
