Kelly Grabowsky, CCM, is an accomplished hospitality leader with extensive experience in club management. Prior to her current position, Kelly held leadership roles at Sarasota National Golf Club and The Venice Golf & Country Club, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing member experiences and operational excellence. Her career began as an Executive Chef, where she honed her leadership skills while helping launch Heron Creek Golf and Country Club.

Passionate about creating lasting experiences, she transitioned to Food and Beverage Director at The Venice Golf & Country Club, where she spearheaded innovative initiatives like the Wine Society and the VGCC U program, both of which enriched member engagement and education. Kelly’s leadership philosophy is rooted in mentorship, innovation, and a commitment to operational excellence. She has built and nurtured high-performing teams while actively contributing to the advancement of club management through her engagement in the Club Management Association of America (CMAA).

She earned her Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation in 2019 and currently serves on the CMAA Corporate Relations Committee. As a dynamic leader in the club management sector, Kelly is recognized for her heart-centered approach, community involvement, and dedication to lifelong learning.

Beyond her professional achievements, she finds inspiration in her family—her husband Stan, their two sons, Nolan and Jack, and their dog, Blitzen. She enjoys biking, kayaking, vacationing in the mountains, and baking custom cakes for friends and family.
