Rob Martin, CCM, CCE, CAM, is the General Manager and Chief Operating Officer of Wycliffe Golf & Country Club in Wellington, Florida. A lifelong South Florida native, Rob brings over two decades of experience in private club management, rooted in a hospitality career that began in the golf department at Jupiter Hills Club. Rob rose through the ranks of the industry with positions at prestigious clubs and resorts including Grandfather Golf and CC, River Oaks CC, PGA National Resort and The Alotian Club. His return to Florida marked a professional homecoming, and in 2015, he joined the Wycliffe team as the Clubhouse Manager. Within just two years, he was appointed General Manager/COO.
Under Rob’s leadership, Wycliffe has undergone a series of multi-million dollar capital improvements. These include a significant Clubhouse expansion, two full-course golf renovations by renowned architect Kipp Schulties, and the addition of eight new pickleball courts—enhancements that have further elevated the member experience and positioned Wycliffe as a premier club in South Florida.
As a leader, Rob is known for his collaborative style, strategic mindset, and commitment to professional development. He currently serves as a Regional Director for the FLCMAA Seminole Region and is Chair of the Professional Development Committee, where he champions continued education and career advancement opportunities for club professionals. Rob is a Certified Club Manager (CCM), a Certified Chief Executive (CCE), and holds a Community Association Manager (CAM) license, reflecting his dedication to excellence and ongoing learning in the field.
Rob resides in Wellington with his wife, Randi, and their three children. Outside of his professional role, he enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and reading a great book.
