Soren Spiers has over thirty years of experience in Operational and Financial Management, including serving as Chief Financial Officer for Shadow Wood Country Club, a prestigious 54-hole private country club in Bonita Springs, Florida. Additionally, he held the position of Director of Finance for four golf resort facilities owned and operated by the PGA of America, where he fulfilled the roles of both Chief Operating Officer and Director of Finance for the PGA�s Florida Club operations.

He has a strong background in operational and financial management, financial reporting, and extensive analysis. His expertise includes implementing efficient IT systems, operational structures, and internal control systems, as well as controlling and reducing costs through increased efficiencies. He has also played a key role in enhancing financial reporting systems across all divisions, enabling senior management to make more informed strategic and operational decisions.

Soren is recognized for his ability to build strong partnerships with General Managers and senior staff, leading to improved operational efficiencies and financial performance.

Originally from Denmark, he immigrated to the United States in 1981 at the age of twenty and proudly became a U.S. citizen in 2008. He is married and has four children and seven grandchildren.
