The Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) invites you to attend a complimentary hour-long online educational presentation. Topic:We Are Expanding Our Club...But What Do We Do With Our Kitchen? In the next 5-10 years, more than 75 percent of clubs will require some kind of remodel for their kitchen. We hear it from the members all of the time: "Why does our food take so long?" "Why are the parties so incredible, but we can't get a simple sandwich in 10 minutes from the à la carte restaurant?" Holtzman will show before and after pictures and discuss several examples of how to solve the kitchen mystery. Many times these kitchen solutions require minimal costs and the kitchen could be down for just a couple of weeks. Once the food and beverage operation is set up for success, you will see shorter ticket times and members that want to come back again and again. One CMAA Association Activity Credit will be awarded to those individuals who register and attend the entire program.
