The Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) invites you to attend a complimentary hour-long online educational presentation. Topic:Best Practices in Staff Training If staff training is like a persistent migraine impacting your management efforts, consider joining us to explore tactics and strategies you can employ to relieve the pain. We will take a look at industry-wide training practices, resources available to you and new ways to get your club back on the right track. We'll also touch on the Club Resource Center, CMAA's new online employee training platform, and explore how your colleagues are successfully using this tool at their club. One CMAA Association Activity Credit will be awarded to those individuals who register and attend the entire program.
