The Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) invites you to attend a complimentary hour-long online educational presentation. Topic:International Design & Service Trends - Learning From Domestic and Global Golf Hot Spots What are the current domestic clubhouse trends? What are the current international clubhouse trends and what can we learn from them? This webinar will examine the unique service needs of international clubs that drive facility development from Dubai to Croatia to Shanghai to Oman. Many of these ideas may have an impact on the changing US club market. This program will dive into where golf, recreation, hospitality, and ultimately clubs are headed on a holistic scale and break down the trends in such a way that each item could be analyzed and potentially applied to your club. Avoid mistakes by others, but also learn alternative methods for creatively improving the member experience. Attendees will be able to tap into the experience of the presenter through discussions and questions. One CMAA Association Activity Credit will be awarded to those individuals who register and attend the entire program.
