The Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) invites you to attend a complimentary hour-long online educational presentation. Topic:What Motivates Members to Join Clubs and How Do You Build Loyal Members? Members are the lifeblood of our clubs. A typical club loses five to ten percent of their existing members on average each year, which indicates that it is critical to recruit new members in order for the club to be sustainable. This webinar aims to identify what motivates members to join clubs in the United States and the relationships between their motives, attachment and loyalty to those clubs. The findings will assist clubs in better recruiting potential members, maintaining a long-term relationship with members and keeping them as loyal customers. In the absence of such an evaluation process, it will eventually result in lost opportunities to sustain and enhance clubs, and provide associated benefits to the potential members and their communities.
