Topic: Preparing for the Club of the Future: A Fact-Based Approach to Wellness Programming and Facility Design Wellness real estate is a fast-growing $134B industry and clubs are well positioned to add or expand their programs and facilities to offer members a comprehensive wellness lifestyle. Many clubs have seen their programs evolve over time into very sophisticated operations, while others who perhaps did not consider fitness, spa, or wellness offerings a necessary part of the club culture, are seeking to introduce them. So how do you "get it right" and ensure a successful outcome when considering the addition or expansion of wellness facilities and services? Preparing for the Club of the Future will present a private club case study alongside a fact-based approach including the latest research, industry trends, and benchmarking. Taking the emotion out of the decision making through data driven processes will help your club to determine the appropriate scope, size, and wellness opportunities for your membership.
