Food & Beverage Management provides you with an

in-depth look at food and beverage operations from a

management and control perspective.

Completely revamped and relocated to the University of

Houston in 2012, the five-day program offers a combination

of classroom lecture and hands-on learning at various presti-

gious clubs throughout the Houston area. Attendees will

have the opportunity to visit River Oaks Country Club,

Houston Country Club and St. Arnolds Brewery. A wine

tasting and a beer and cheese tasting will also be included in

the schedule.
